<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet of γ-α transformation use type, which forms an excellent primary recrystallized sheet texture and exhibits excellent magnetic characteristics after secondary recrystallization. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes a series of processes from a steel slab having a predetermined component composition to the secondary recrystallization annealing application. A process annealing before the final cold rolling is performed under conditions of the maximum arriving sheet temperature of ≥700°C and ≤1,200°C and the temperature rising speed from 400 to 700°C being ≥6°C/h and ≤5,400°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
