<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet, suitable for a stator core in a high efficient dividing stator core type motor and having good magnetic characteristic in the rolling direction. <P>SOLUTION: The method is characteristic in that there are provided: (A) a first cold-rolling step, in which the cold-rolling is applied at the rolling-reduction ratio of 45-75% to a hot-rolled plate; (B) an intermediate annealing step, in which to the cold-rolled steel sheet obtained with the first cold-rolling step, the intermediate annealing for holding to the temperature zone of 900-1,150°C for 1 sec to 10 min, is applied; and (C) a second cold-rolling step, in which to the intermediate annealed steel sheet obtained with the above intermediate annealing step, the cold-rolling is applied, wherein the cold-rolling having the rolling-reduction ratio of 50-85%, is applied, so that the total rolling-reduction ratio in the above first cold-rolling step and the above second cold-rolling step, becomes 83.0-92%; and (D) a finish-annealing step for applying the finish-annealing holding in the temperature zone of 900-1,200°C to the cold-rolled steel sheet obtained with the above second cold-rolling step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
