<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connection box capable of reducing costs by reducing an amount of heat-resistant resin to be used for connector reception parts. <P>SOLUTION: The electrical connection box 1 includes: a case 4 consisting of a box body 2 and a box body 3 to be assembled to each other; a substrate 5 stored in the case 4; and connector reception parts 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d into which connectors are engaged. The connector reception parts 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d are constituted of: terminals 6 electrically connected to the substrate 5 by reflow solder using lead-free solder; holding parts 7a, 7b which hold the terminals 6; and cylindrical outer walls 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d which surround the surroundings of the terminals 6. The holding parts 7a, 7b and the outer walls 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d are formed of separate bodies, the holding parts 7a, 7b are formed of heat-resistant resin which does not melt in the reflow solder, and the outer walls 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d are formed of non-heat-resistant resin which melts in the reflow solder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
