<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signage system capable of transmitting an advertisement efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A content distribution system comprises a terminal for reproducing an uploaded advertisement image, and a management server for managing the uploaded advertisement image. The management server comprises a download processing part for controlling a transmission of the advertisement image, and a distribution part for transmitting the advertisement image to the terminal. The download processing part accepts a designation of a plurality of the advertisement images included in an organization of a group of the advertisement images and a designation of sequence of reproducing the advertisement images included in the organization, records the accepted designations in organization information, accepts setting of schedule to transmit the advertisement image included in the organization to the terminal, and records the accepted schedule in schedule information.
