PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting module in which compaction can be expected.

SOLUTION: The light-emitting module comprises a semiconductor light-emitting element 19, a lighting circuit having a lighting circuit component 24 which lights the semiconductor light-emitting element 19, and a circuit board 12 provided with the lighting circuit by mounting the semiconductor light-emitting element 19 on one surface 12a and mounting the lighting circuit component 24 at least on the other surface 12b. A through hole 32 is provided near a heating component 31 of the semiconductor light-emitting element 19 or the lighting circuit component 24 having a higher heating value.
