<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with a fault occurring in a cable transmission line connecting a control station and a radio base station. <P>SOLUTION: A target station, which is a radio base station regarding which a fault has occurred in a cable transmission line, detects occurrence of a fault in the cable transmission line, and controls a beam direction and tilt angle of an array antenna toward a radio base station pre-stored as a peripheral station. A control station transmits a mode transition instruction signal to the peripheral station for instructing the peripheral station to relay to the target station in response to detection of occurrence of the fault in the cable transmission line. The peripheral station controls the beam direction and tilt angle of an array antenna toward the target station in response to reception of the mode transition instruction signal. The control station communicate with the target station via the peripheral station instead of the cable transmission line, in which the fault occurred, in response to completion of control of the beam direction and tilt angle of the array antenna in the peripheral station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
