<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a blade part from breakage by alleviating stress and vibration on the blade part while maintaining highly accurate brazing of the blade part to a shank part, and to avoid an increase in cost of a tool. <P>SOLUTION: In a brazed tool that the blade part 3 formed with a cutting blade 3B is bonded to the shank part 2 by brazing, a brazing shaft part 5 is formed on a trailing end of the blade part 3, a brazing hole part 4 into which the brazing shaft part 5 is inserted to be brazed is formed in a leading end of the shank part 2. and a large-diameter part 7 which is larger in inner diameter than a trailing end side part 4A of the brazing hole part 4 is formed on the leading end side of the brazing hole part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
