<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve stiffness in the spine and shoulders caused by a posture in sleeping. <P>SOLUTION: This universal pillow is not used for the neck but directly receives the weight of the head itself and can be determined in height and hardness of the pillow by a user so that unnatural force is not applied to the neck and spine even when the user turns in bed. Moreover, the pillow is easily kept in good condition. As a filler, a bedding sheet (bath towel, clothes, rush, or others) is rolled to a desired thickness (height), put (packed) in a cloth bag and fastened with rubber bands or the like for use.
