DIAGNOSIS OF TUMOR BY USING NEW SMALL RNA AS BIOMARKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for using a specific small RNA as a biomarker of tumor, a method for deciding tumor, a kit for deciding tumor, etc.

SOLUTION: One or more small RNAs selected from the group consisting of small RNAs composed of specific polyribonucleotides having a specific sequence or their mutants are used as a biomarker of tumors. The biomarker is especially useful for diagnosis of tumors (especially head and neck tumors) and screening of therapeutic agents of tumors (especially head and neck tumors).
