<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor which reduces vibrations and suppresses the transmission of the vibrations to an exterior portion. <P>SOLUTION: A reactor 1 includes: a coil 2 generating magnetic flux by energization; a core 3 made of magnetic powder-mixed resin, which is made by mixing insulation resin and magnetic powder and dispersing the mixture, and in which the coil 2 is embedded; a bottom surface 41; tubular side surfaces 42 erected from end edges of the bottom surface 41, and a case 4 housing the coil 2 and the core 3 therein.
