Provided is a pants-type disposable nappy that has improved fit from the gluteal cleft to the crotch and has a crotch part that does not gather easily when worn. These issues are resolved by a pants-type disposable nappy that is characterised by: providing a curved fitting part (40), which bends in such a manner as to insert into the wearer's gluteal cleft, to the gluteal cleft facing part in the back of the item (B); providing elastic lifting members (26 ... , 28 ...), which exert contracting force on lengthwise components in such a manner that the crotch part is held up on the waist side, to an exterior sheet (20) on the front (F) of the item and the exterior sheet (20) on the back of the item (B); and by having a tensile stress in the front (F)when deformed lengthwise that is greater than the tensile stress in the back (B)when deformed lengthwise. |
