A measuring amplifier (8) is attached to the electrode areas and located on a circuitry carrier (3). The insulator is formed as an insulator body (2), where the circuitry carrier is placed on the insulator body. The insulator body forms a blind hole, where the sensor ceramic part is fixed on the blind hole.
