PURPOSE: A dead man conversation service providing system and method thereof are provided to offer communion with dead man by storing the voice of the dead man in the storage unit of a dead man conversation unit. CONSTITUTION: A conversation target identification unit receives a conversation service providing request from a user communication terminal. The conversation identification unit distinguishes a dead man. A user voice analysis unit(2320) analyzes a voice signal received from the user communication terminal. An answer detection unit(2330) detects the voice of the identified dead man from a dead man information storage unit. A voice providing unit(2370) offers the response of the dead man to the user communication terminal.
