<p>PURPOSE: A color image forming apparatus is provided to increase the number of electrostatic latent images to increase the frequency of detecting the electrostatic latent images. CONSTITUTION: A forming unit forms an electrostatic latent image for correcting a color difference on the photoreceptor of each color by control of a light applying unit(20a~20d). When the electrostatic latent image passes a location which faces an electrification unit, a developing unit, or a transfer unit(26a~26d) on the photoreceptor of each color, a detecting unit detects output of a power unit for each color. A control unit controls color difference correction based on the detected result.</p> |
