PURPOSE: A solar energy water heating system is provided to simplify compose a system and to improve performance by preventing the frost break of a hot water circulation pipe in winter. CONSTITUTION: A solar energy water heating system comprises a solar collector(110), a solar collector circulating pipeline(115), a thermal storage tank(130), a freezing destruction prevention valve, a freezing destruction prevention heater(135), and a controller. The collector collects the solar energy. The solar collector circulating pipeline is connected to the collector. The thermal storage tank is composed of an inner tank and an outer tank. The inside tank is communicated with a hot water circulating pipeline(120). The outer tank is communicated with the solar collector circulating pipeline to surround the inner tank. The freezing destruction prevention valve is included in a hot-water discharge pipe(125') and selectively opens and closes the warm water drain. The controller measures the temperature of the inner tank and hot water circulating pipe in order to control the opening and closing of the freezing destruction prevention valve and the operation of the freezing destruction prevention heater. |
