摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent substrate having high use efficiency of fluorescent light from a fluorescent body. <P>SOLUTION: A fluorescent substrate 200 includes a disk-shaped substrate 201 in which an annular recess is formed near an outer circumferential edge, a minute reflective structure 210 formed on an inner surface of the annular recess, and a fluorescent layer laid on the minute reflective structure 210 and in the annular recess. The minute reflective structure 210 is composed of a plane surface part 221 and a plurality of projections 223 having substantially pyramidal shape and protruding from the plane surface part 221. A side surface of the projection 223 is formed to have a paraboloidal shape and alters an optical axis of fluorescent light from the fluorescent layer, which is emitted in a substantially parallel direction to a plane surface of the substrate 201, such that the fluorescent light is emitted from an emission surface, thereby increasing the use efficiency of the fluorescent light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
