<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a motor is to be removed and recognition of the presence of absence of eccentricity and a state of the eccentricity is required when vibration, noise and buzzing occur in the motor when the motor is operated in a conventional case. <P>SOLUTION: Three or more acceleration sensors are attached to a stator frame without removing the motor. A frequency component obtained from the sensor is analyzed. Thus, the presence or absence of the eccentricity of the motor and the state of the eccentricity can be measured.
