<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a lighting system which is less prone to warpage of a substrate due to temperature change even when a heat radiation layer is formed on the back side of an insulative long substrate on which light emitting elements are mounted. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device includes an insulative substrate 10, multiple light emitting elements 11 mounted on the surface side of the substrate 10, and a metal heat radiation layer 46 partitioned in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the substrate 10 and formed in multiple regions on the back side of the substrate 10. Since the heat radiation layer 46 is partitioned in the direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the substrate 10, warpage and deformation of the substrate 10, which are caused by temperature increase at the production or in use, are suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
