<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of improving heat radiation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A television receiver is equipped with: a housing; a heat generator housed in the housing; a first heat radiation unit housed in the housing and thermally connected to the heat generator; a second heat radiation unit housed in the housing and thermally connected to the heat generator; and a cooling fan which sends air to the first heat radiation unit and the second heat radiation unit. A heat radiation member comprises: a heat reception unit facing the heat generator; and a heat radiation unit having a protrusion.
