<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable favorable image restoration by correcting an optical aberration of an imaging optical system to create blurring according to defocus or an aperture state even if a defocused region exists in image data. <P>SOLUTION: A subject distance calculation unit 35 calculates a subject distance in each ranging region of image data generated by imaging means 62. A filter selection unit 73 acquires, as a subject distance in each divided region of the image data, the subject distance of the ranging region corresponding to the divided region. A restoration processing unit 76 corrects the optical aberration of each divided region based on the subject distance of the divided region, and gives blurring to each divided region based on the subject distance of the divided region and an aperture state of the imaging means 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
