<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a returnable transporting rack capable of securing sufficient strength in an assembly state, capable of preventing load collapse and protecting a product from damage in transit even when piled in multi-stages, capable of facilitating disassembly and assembly, capable of drastically reducing the volume in return, and capable of reducing the cost required to return. <P>SOLUTION: The returnable transporting rack includes a rectangular pallet 10 having gaps 18a-18d formed by fixing bottom surface plates 17a-17e on an upper surface of a base frame 16 having cylindrical pivoting bodies 11a-11d fixed on four corner parts, supporting columns 20a-20d formed to be in a size fitted in each of the gaps, and an X-shaped frame 30 formed in an X-shaped plane surface. Fitting shafts 32a-32d downwardly protruding and fitting members 33a-33d upwardly protruding are formed on four ends of the X-shaped frame, the supporting columns are set up by fitting the supporting columns in the cylindrical pivoting bodies during transportation of the product, and the X-shaped frame is attached by fitting the fitting shaft in an upper end of the supporting column, and the X-shaped frame is placed on the bottom surface plate with the supporting columns stored in the gaps and the fitting shafts loosely fitted in the cylindrical pivoting bodies in return. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
