摘要 Disclosed is a microchemical chip wherein a rectangular hollow groove that has sides of about 100 micrometers and corners can be formed as a sample channel by simple processes. Also disclosed is a microchemical chip which provides a plurality of kinds of microchemical reaction fields by itself and in which a sample solution can be easily introduced into a sample channel. Specifically disclosed is a microchemical chip which is characterized by being configured of a first substrate (10) that has a sample inlet (11), a second substrate (20) that has a sample channel (21), and a third substrate (30) that has a sample outlet (31). The microchemical chip is also characterized in that: the sample inlet (11) is formed as a through hole that penetrates the first substrate (10) from the front surface to the back surface; the sample channel (21) is formed as a slit that penetrates the second substrate (20) from the front surface to the back surface; the sample outlet (31) is formed as a through hole that penetrates the third substrate (30) from the front surface to the back surface; the second substrate (20) is arranged between the first substrate (10) and the third substrate (30); the sample inlet (11) and the sample outlet (31) communicate with each other via the sample channel (21); and at least one end of the sample channel (21) is formed as an opening.
