COOLING FAN SYSTEM OF ENGINE AND COOLING FAN CONTROL METHOD FOR THE SAME

A cooling fan system of an engine and a cooling fan control method for the same are provided. The system includes a multi-stage cooling fan unit (F) for cooling the engine, and a fan control unit for controlling all stages of fans in the multi-stage cooling fan unit (F) to be turned on or off according to a real-time working temperature of the engine. The control method includes the following steps: setting an turning-on or turning-off temperature values for all stages of fans; acquiring an real-time working temperature of the engine; judging whether or not the real-time working temperature of the engine reaches the turning-on or turning-off temperature values of all stages of fans, if yes, sending turning-on or turning-off control signals for turning-on or turning-off of all stages of fans; and controlling the all stages of fans to be turned on or off according to the control signals. The system is simple in structure, and the method is easy to be carried out.
