A doctor blade comprises an elastic blade (2,3), wherein the blade (2,3) has a fixing part (21,31) for fixing the blade (2,3) and a cantilever part (22,32) extended out from the fixing part (21,31). The outer end of the cantilever part (22,32) has a contact part (23,33) for contacting with a developing roller (4). The contact part (23,33) has a front face (231,331) facing the developing roller (4) during working, a back face (232,332) opposite to the developing roller (4) during working, and an end face (233,333) connecting the front face (231,331) with the back face (232,332). A film layer (24,34) is arranged on the surface of the contact part (23,33) and attached on the front face (231,331) and the end face (233,333) of the contact part (23,33) at the same time.
