The device (10) has a medical imaging device (30) e.g. ultrasound device, producing an anatomical image data set (38) i.e. X-ray image data set, of an anatomical structure of a tissue (8). A display device (40) represents image data sets, and an impedance tomography device (20) produces an impedance image (28) for distribution of impedance of the tissue via electrical impedance tomography. A representation device is provided for representation of the anatomical image data set and the impedance image on the display device. An independent claim is also included for a computer implementing method for representing tissue.
