PURPOSE: A storage apparatus is provided to increase the number of writing without breaking down a memory device. CONSTITUTION: In a storage apparatus, a memory device(2) comprises a memory layer and a magnetic pinned layer. The memory layer memorizes data according to the magnetization state of a magnetic material. The magnetic pinned layer is interposed between the memory layer and a tunnel magnetic material. The magnetic pinned layer has pinned magnetization direction. The memory device memorizes the information in the memory layer. A cell array(5) partitions to a plurality of cell blocks(5a,5b). Each cell block has a value in which the thermal stability of the memory layer is different. |
