PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of a solar cell by absorbing external light through an uneven surface of a transparent electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(120) is made of transparent conductive oxide for transmitting incident light from the lower side of an insulation substrate(101). The surface of the first electrode is uneven. A semiconductor layer(140) is formed on the upper side of the first electrode. A semiconductor layer includes a p type semiconductor layer(140a), an n type semiconductor layer(140b), and an amorphous silicon layer(140c). A second electrode(130) is formed on the upper side of the semiconductor layer. |
