<p>A resource control method under multi-connection is disclosed in the present invention. The method includes that: new connection information and application type information are carried in a resource request message transmitted by a Multi-connection Control Functional Entity (MCF), wherein the application type information indicates the policy that a new connection bears the service which a User Equipment (UE) has owned and/or the service which the UE newly initiated; a resource policy control functional entity receives the resource request message, and controls the resources according to the application type information. A resource control system under multi-connection is also disclosed in the present invention. By using the solutions of the present invention, dynamic policy control of Quality of Service (QoS) can be provided for the resource request from the MCF, so more precise and effective control for the transmission resources is realized.</p> |
