<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an unspecified mobile station UE in a specific area to measure and report a desired radio quality. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication method according to the present invention in which a mobile station UE performs handover from a cell #A out of a measurement target area under a radio base station eNB#A to a cell #B in the measurement target area under the a radio base station eNB#B, comprises a step A in which the radio base station eNB#A transmits "HO Request" to the radio base station eNB#B, a step B in which the radio base station eNB#B transmits to the radio base station eNB#A "HO Request Ack" including "HO Command" including "Measurement Configuration" for instructing measurement and report of a desired radio quality, and a step C in which the radio base station eNB#A transmits to the mobile station UE "HO Command" including "Measurement Configuration". <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
