摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a video of high visibility while suppressing power consumption for both an imaging point in which a high visibility is available under the illumination of high-intensity emission and an imaging point in which a high visibility is available under the illumination of weak emission, under a low luminance environment. <P>SOLUTION: The reflection light from a subject, under illumination with LED 7A and 7B, is condensed into a light receiving sensor 9 with a wide angle lens 2. The light reception intensity data available with the light receiving sensor is obtained at a predetermined frame cycle, to generate frame image data D1, D2, .... At the time when generating moving image data based on the frame image data, a control part 10 makes the emission intensity of the LED synchronized with the frame cycle, for sequentially switching a plurality of emission intensities different from each other.
