<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a radio communication system capable of reducing a processing load in a base station performing cell adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises: a plurality of evolved node Bs 3 each accommodating a user equipment 4; an MME/GW2 accommodating the evolved node Bs 3; and a SON server 1 grouping the evolved node Bs 3 using a predetermined way to optimize a cell. The SON server 1, when performing a grouping processing of the evolved node Bs 3, selects a master evolved node B for communicating with the MME/GE2 as a representative of the evolved node Bs 3 classified into the same group based on a processing load of each evolved node B 3. The evolved node B 3 selected as the master evolved node B exchanges control information and user data with other evolved node Bs 3 belonging to the same group such that these node Bs 3 transmit the identical downlink signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
