<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll speed control system and a program capable of not only avoiding an enlargement of scroll operation means, but also having excellent usability. <P>SOLUTION: Control means 3 for controlling scrolling on the basis of signals from scroll operation means 2 includes: signal count determination means 5 for determining whether the number of signals included in a signal group constructed by signals output from the scroll operation means 2 is equal to or greater than the preset number of signals; compulsive scroll execution means 7 for scrolling a display screen at a predetermined speed regardless of the signals from the scroll operation means 2, when the signal count determination means 5 determines the number of signals from the scroll operation means 2 is equal to or greater than the preset number of signals; and signal count setting change means 8 for changing the setting of the preset number of signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
