<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce processed poultry food products such as sausage and hamburger using poultry. <P>SOLUTION: In processed poultry food products using poultry, chicken skin and a binding material as raw materials, palate feeling is regulated by mixing the chicken skin having the same or larger particle size than the particle size of the poultry ground meat to the poultry ground meat.
