<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for discounting the price of a commodity needed by a user, recommending it to the user, and improving the satisfaction of the user while securing the sales profit of a store. <P>SOLUTION: The commodity recommendation device includes: necessity estimation means 10 for estimating the necessity of the commodity for the user on the basis of the purchase history data and purchase behavior data of the user inside the store; sales condition measuring means 20 for calculating the sales target and profit target of the commodity from the sales data of the commodity in the store and calculating a reference discount rate related to the commodity on the basis of the sales data and the sales target and profit target of the commodity; and commodity recommendation means 30 for obtaining the demand of the commodity from the necessity estimated by the necessity estimation means 10, calculating the discount rate of the commodity from the necessity, the reference discount rate and the sales target calculated by the sales condition measuring means 20 and the demand of the commodity, discounting the commodity price by the discount rate, and presenting the information of the discounted commodity to the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
