<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and effectively prevent occurrence of electrolytic corrosion caused by intrusion of water into a junction between a light-alloy plate-material and a steel plate-material. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a joined structure of dissimilar metallic materials which is formed by joining the light-alloy plate-material and the steel plate-material, and a manufacturing method of the joined structure of dissimilar metallic materials. The light-alloy plate-material and the steel plate-material have plate thicknesses of 0.5-2.0 mm, respectively. In the vicinity of ends of these both plate materials, a plurality of welded points 11 which are spot-welded along the ends while being mutually spaced apart from each other at intervals of 15 to 100 mm and a separating space 13 in which the plate materials separate from each other at a periphery of the welded points 11, are formed. An electrodeposited film 14 is formed on mutually facing wall faces of the separating space 13, and a seal portion 16 is formed by coating a sealer astride: the end of at least one of both the plate materials on which the electrodeposited film 14 is formed; and a part of the another plate material on which the electrodeposited film 14 is formed, the part facing the end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
