<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall structure of a building, which delays displacement or dropout of a face panel when exposed to fire and heat from a fire in a neighboring house to reduce damage from fire spread. <P>SOLUTION: An exterior wall structure 1 of a building has a plurality of face panels 23 made of light weight foam concrete. The face panel 23 has a rectangular thick plate shape with a flat long side end face 23a. A plurality of the face panels 23 are piled up as its long side end faces 23a faces up and down such that the long side end faces of the neighboring face panels are superimposed each other. Each face panel 23 is fixed to a steel furring strip 22 of a base with a screw 70. The head of the screw 70 is threaded within the face panel 23, and a screw scar concave 71 of the face panel 23 is filled with a fireproof filler 72. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
