摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform measurement of a target cell, which is a candidate for a handover destination, while maintaining measurement accuracy of a current cell, which is a handover source, in a different frequency/different system. <P>SOLUTION: In a terminal device, a receiving unit receives a main-measurement channel (first main-measurement channel) transmitted by a base station device, which is a handover source base station device and currently communicatively connected, and a sub-measurement channel (second sub-measurement channel) transmitted by a base station device, which is a candidate base station device for a handover destination base station device. Here, the first main-measurement channel is transmitted by means of a main frequency band f1 allocated to the base station device. In addition, the second sub-measurement channel is transmitted by means of a sub frequency band f2 which is a portion of the main frequency band f1.
