The present invention relates to a method for cosmetic/aesthetic treatment of the epidermis of the human body, including at least one step in which four consecutive types of treatment of the epidermis are performed, namely: a first skin cleaning treatment; a second treatment for activating/re-activating cell exchanges; a third treatment for oxygenating cells; a fourth treatment for restructuring and/or re-balancing the tissue, with subsequent restoring of its physiological function.
