The invention is a method for regulating interactions between first and second web sites. A client comprises first and second services and is embedded in a portable secure token that comprises an identity data related to a subscriber of a telecom mobile network. A first message is sent from the first site to the first service, said first message requests the sending of a second message from the second service to the second site. The method comprises the step of checking a set of rules which contain digital rights associated with interactions between the services, and the step of denying the sending of the second message if the checking step is unsuccessful.
