摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various kinds edible products such as pickled plum, pickles, miso soup, soup, seasoning, confectionery, noodle soup or side dish, having improved salty taste and meeting user's taste; and to provide a salt-reduced type edible product having salty taste having no inferiority before salt reduction even if a content of salt is reduced and being excellent in gustatory. <P>SOLUTION: A malt extract is added to the edible product to reinforce salty taste. The edible product is loaded with 0.005-0.2 mass% of the malt extract.
