CARBONIZED MATERIAL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, RUBBER COMPOSITION AND TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carbonized material that recovers a carbonized material having a high toluene coloring transmittance from a polymer-based waste.

SOLUTION: The method for producing a carbonized material includes a step for thermally decomposing a polymer-based waste 1 in a thermal decomposition furnace 2 in which the polymer-based waste 1 is stored to generate a pyrolysis gas and a step for dripping a liquid hydrocarbon having a boiling point of 150-400°C to the polymer-based waste 1. Preferably the liquid hydrocarbon is continuously supplied until the thermal decomposition reaction of the polymer-based waste 1 is completed.
