<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus with which heating operation of a fuser can be rapidly performed regardless of control of the image formation apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In an image formation apparatus, the heating operation of a heater for heating a heating roller of a fuser is stared by a switch linking with a main switch. The image formation apparatus includes a control circuit which makes the switch be off when a predetermined time passes with respect to the switch for controlling a power supply of a driving means of the heater and notifies a main control circuit of control state. Further, the heating of the heating roller is started before the main control circuit begins normal operation. When the operation of the main control circuit is started without any error, the heating of the heating roller is controlled by the main control circuit.
