<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency measurement device that includes multiple sets of an oscillator and an oscillation circuit, and that is free from need to select an oscillator while avoiding frequency-locking phenomenon. <P>SOLUTION: A frequency measuring device according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a first oscillator 100a having a first adsorption film; a second oscillator 100x having a second adsorption film; a first oscillation circuit 110a coupled to the first oscillator 100a and including a first frequency modulator that outputs a first oscillation signal 118a and is capable of modulating its frequency; a second oscillation circuit 110x coupled to the second oscillator 100x and including a second frequency modulator that outputs a second oscillation signal 118x and is capable of modulating its frequency; a measurement circuit 120a arranged to be capable of measuring a frequency of the first oscillation signal 118a and a frequency of the second oscillation signal 118x; and a control circuit 130 arranged to be capable of controlling the first frequency modulator and the second frequency modulator based on a result of measurement by the measurement circuit 120a so that a frequency difference between the frequency of the first oscillation signal 118a and the frequency of the second oscillation signal 118x becomes larger than a predetermined frequency difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
