<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an overload in a user interface section of a network management apparatus in which network information of a communication network or an information processing result using the network information is displayed by the user interface section. <P>SOLUTION: A network information management section 120 allocates, when there is a data transmission request of network information to a user interface section 110 while executing an information processing using the network information, CPU resources to data transmission processing in response to the data transmission request and implements a multi-process.
