摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for significantly improving the heat exchange efficiency by making the surface area of a flat tube, as well as, by increasing the flow velocity of a fluid flowing inside the outer tube. <P>SOLUTION: The heat exchanger: stores the flat tubes 4 inside a cylindrical housing section 3 of an outer case 2; conducts mutual heat exchange of fluids by allowing the fluids which are to be heat-exchanged inside and outside the flat tubes 4 to have the fluids flow, respectively; has flat tubes 4 formed such that the inside of the peripheral walls of the flat tubes 4 which are to serve as flow passageways 6 has an expanded shape 15 of a surface area selected from one among fins having a shape of a spiral waveform that is continuous in the length direction, fins having a shape of a waveform continuous in the length direction, fins having a shape of a cross-sectional waveform and continuous in the width direction, and fins protrusively provided in the outer surface so as to be juxtaposed in the length direction at a prescribed interval in the width direction; and has the fluid passageways 5, shaped by a large number of fluid straightening grooves 5a provided so as to be juxtaposed on the inner periphery in the cylindrical housing section 3 of the outer case 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
