<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a shock received by a communication part that makes the inside of an ink cartridge communicate with the outside thereof when a liquid cartridge falls. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid cartridge which is detachably mounted on the device body of a liquid discharging device which discharges the liquid includes: a cartridge body having a liquid storing chamber for storing the liquid inside; and a communication part which is provided by protruding from one edge of the cartridge body in a protruding direction and supplies the liquid in the liquid storing chamber to the device body. The liquid cartridge is characterized in that: the liquid storing chamber has a narrow width part which is narrower than the other part of the liquid storing chamber in the width direction that is perpendicular to the protruding direction; the narrow width part is arranged so as to be unevenly distributed in one side of the width direction of the cartridge body; when the communicating part faces downward and liquid is stored in the narrow width part, a position of center of gravity of the liquid cartridge is offset toward the side where the narrow width part unevenly distributed from an area where the communicating part is projected when viewed in a vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
