<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay distribution method and the like which can search contents desired by a viewer from various live image contents transmitted from local regions in real time. <P>SOLUTION: A relay distribution control server stores position information of a transmission-side terminal. First, the transmission-side terminal transmits the contents to the relay distribution control server. Then, a viewer-side terminal transmits a search request including the position information of a desired region to the relay distribution control server. And the relay distribution control server searches the contents transmitted from a predetermined region range of the position information included in the search request, and replies a search result to the viewer-side terminal. And the viewer-side terminal transmits a distribution request based on the contents selected from the search result to the relay distribution control server.
