<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present which configuration change generates a problem without requiring a knowledge database. <P>SOLUTION: In a computer system including a plurality of target computers and an analysis computer 101, one or more first target computers in which a predetermined application has been installed and started transmit a log including information on a plurality of configuration changes executed before starting the predetermined application to the analysis computer 101, and the analysis computer 101 calculates a start failure rate which is a rate of failures in the start of the predetermined application after the configuration change in each configuration change sort based on the log. A second target computer receives first information including a start failure rate of each configuration change sort concerned with the predetermined application from the analysis computer 101, and displays the configuration change sort causing failures in the start of the predetermined application based on the start failure rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
