<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmentally considered marine structure and a construction method thereof which can sufficiently provide sunlight downward and also reduces cost and shortens a construction period even when applied to a facility which requires large area such as a marine installation type airfield. <P>SOLUTION: An environmentally considered marine structure K is made of a required number of hollow block bodies 10 disposed in a half-diving manner so as to form an outer periphery 1 and a required number of pier block bodies 20 disposed so as to form an inside.
