The invention relates to a fluid circulation tube and to a heat exchanger comprising such tubes. The tube (6) is obtained by means of bending and, once the wall thereof has been bent, said tube includes a base portion (12) that extends laterally by means of two connecting portions (13) into two top portions (14) which extend towards one another and which terminate in end legs (15) that extend towards the base (12), thereby defining at least two parallel longitudinal internal channels (16) that can receive the two groups (20) of folds (21) belonging to a corrugated interference element (17), which groups are interconnected by a central portion (23) inserted into a gap between the above-mentioned legs and the base portion.
